What you will enjoy doing

• Identifying market opportunities and developing those prospects towards commercial projects. Whilst winning major investment projects and leading them from idea generation until one year after commercial on-stream
• Leading large, cross-functional teams in the fields of atmospheric gases and clean energy and further developing technical and commercial concepts for Linde's offerings to customers and partners and taking the ownership on developing complex partnerships and joint ventures
• Establishing new business cases including modelling of key financial KPIs and supporting P&L owners towards IC approvals and setting and negotiating contractual and legal terms and conditions, towards long-term supply agreements
• Developing and commercializing new, innovative, and compelling business models and taking the ownership on developing complex partnerships and joint ventures. At all times representing Linde and its competences across the whole range of product services and solutions vis-à-vis external industry partners, public bodies and regulatory bodies
• Safeguarding safe and reliable execution of projects and providing expertise and experience for other parts of the organization

What makes you great

• Bachelor in Engineering, Sciences or Economics preferably a Master degree or even MBA/PhD
• Having at least 5 years of relevant experience in leading and developing complex, international projects and teams across multiple business functions
• Additionally you have proven experience in large projects, preferably investment projects or joint ventures within the sectors of energy, refining, chemicals or related fields
• Fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written)
• Willing to travel within Europe (20%)
• You have the ability to face new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company's digital transformation project, collecting, interpreting and using data effectively, driving digital success
