YOUR TASKS

The Site Manager is the main responsible on site for the following tasks:

• Ensure all project on site activities comply with QHSE regulations
• Manage the whole construction activities to meet deadlines, cost, quality, safety and environmental requirements
• Ensure the execution of contracts acquired with suppliers and customers
• Contract and relationship management with subcontractors, suppliers and providers
• Team coordination on site to deliver the scope of work and manage the activities and tasks during the execution readiness process
• Report internally as defined in the Governance plan.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in Site Management, preferred in the wind industry or a similar sector
• proved in precast concrete or construction buildings
• Willingness to travel
• Excellent German and English skills (minimum B2)
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills as well as conflict resolution experience
• Ability to work and communicate well in a team
