This position reports to

Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage and develop order-delivery processes in our System Drives division, in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki, Finland. You will lead our Multidrives order-delivery process to ensure superior customer experience, fulfillment of customer requirements, on-time project execution in engineering and production, as well as continuous development by using LEAN methodology. You will also showcase your ambition by placing customer first and making quality happen. Each day, you will exceed customer expectations with seamless co-operation and collaboration with sales, engineering and production. The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Providing customer project specific availability information, planning customer project schedules and optimizing capacity utilization in Multidrives • Providing valid revenue forecast, participating in S&OP process, analyzing actual project costs and providing product cost information for pricing tool in Multidrives • Managing and developing System Modules, Cabinet Drives and Multidrives order-delivery processes to ensure superior customer experience • Participating as subject matter expert in digitalization projects (e.g. MES, ERP, PLM) • Managing process development projects • Driving continuous improvement and development activities for processes and tools You will join a talented and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

• Several years of experience in process development, engineering or production management role or other similar leadership role with demonstrated track record is essential
• Ability to demonstrate your skills in order-delivery process development and system thinking is relevant
• Established skills in executing Lean principles are essential
• Possessing team player skills and proven leadership capabilities with good customer focus mindset, along with the ability to work in multinational teams in a matrix organization are relevant
• You are innovative around building new ways of working and change management
• M.Sc. in Engineering, Operations Management, or another relevant field
• You are at ease communicating in Finnish and English, and you enjoy collaborating with people
