This position reports to

Finance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budget, and forecasts. Each day, you will support the ABB group management and other stakeholders at various organization levels in decision making processes. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting in the evaluation of the impact of strategic, financial, or other major investment decisions. You will be mainly accountable for: • Support monthly financial report package preparation in closing period, consolidate and analyze financial data to track and assess performance against targets and benchmarks. • Provide business analytical services and support business decisions and actions by profitability analysis, cost & expense analysis of different dimension • Provide other management, operation performance KPI and ad-hoc reports and analysis based on business requirements • Conduct balance sheet review and valuation in general bad debt, warranty provisions, accrued /pre-paid expenses etc., support cash generation and NWC improvement by AR, AP, Inventory analysis. NWC dashboard. • Facilitate budgeting and forecasting process by communicating guidelines, timetables and templates • Benchmarking of processes, tools, and solutions in order to further optimize and standardize controlling activities • Optimizes own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements • Ensure processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and business requirements and maintaining proper audit trail and documentation for future internal & external audits and reviews. Project Analyst • Prepares project financial accounting and reporting (including project site accounting). • Responsible for the correctness of project balance sheet and income statement as well as for cash flow. • Provides input to Project Manager in opportunity/risk identification. • Supports Project Manager in coordinating and preparing monthly project reviews. • Provides input to the project cost report, claim management, back-charges and insurance cases. • Prepare SOX related files for project related CARs • Supports the Tender Manager on financial aspects. • Supports Project Finance Manage in adherence to corporate governance, integrity, assurance, internal control, group charter, business specific finance directives and instructions.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's Degree in Financial area or business administration Minimum 3 years' experience in Finance related or process optimization related work.
• Good analytical skills and ability to work independently .
• Strong knowledge of business process practices.
• Strong business process consultancy skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of organization Strong English listening and speaking ability.
• Strong self-learning ability with strong self-drive
• Strong knowledge of business process practices.

• knowledge on SAP project settings.
• Familiar with BI/PBI/other data analyst tool is a plus.
