Job Description

Make your mark as a Offshore Construction Manager (Diving) for Boskalis Subsea Services, on behalf of Ultimate Marine Solutions Limited! The Offshore Construction Manager is responsible for a safe, efficient and successful offshore operations and will ensure that the specifications of the project are met within local legislation, Boskalis standards, industry guidelines and best practices and client requirements.

Your responsibilities as Offshore Construction Manager (Diving):

• Ensures the operation complies with local legislation, industry standards, Client requirements and approved project procedures;
• Ensures the work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner and as per Company Management System;
• Overall supervision of the onsite project related works;
• Represents the Project as the First Point of Contact for the Client Representatives, Contractors, Subcontractors and/or Visitors on site;
• Ensures that all personnel are familiar with the work procedures, risk assessments, safety and emergency related procedures;
• Convening and recording daily onboard meetings, project and safety briefings;

Qualifications

You can make your mark as an Offshore Construction Manager (Diving) if you have:

• Valid Offshore Certification - BOSIET/FOET Including CA-EBS, OEUK Medical, MIST, Bi-Deltoid;
• IMCA recognised certificate of competence as Dive Superintendent or OCM;
• Industry recognised leadership & people management training;
• Successful track record of leading & delivering diving projects globally;
• Demonstrable sound and extensive diving technical and legislative knowledge;
• Valid Seaman's book;

Extra information

• Your team: working as part of the Vessel Management team, you will report directly to the Director of Projects and Assets.
• Where you will work: You will work on any one of our vessels in the Fleet, with the flexibility required to provide onshore project or tendering support from time to time.
• Full/part- time job: The position of Offshore Construction Manager (Diving)is a permanent role and will be offered on a Guaranteed Days Contract basis.
