Position Summary

The Sr. Project Manager, Cybersecurity will establish and maintain a company-wide information technology (IT) / operational technology (OT) sustainable cybersecurity program by developing and maintaining the global cyber vision, strategy, and architecture, to include establishing, maintaining and monitoring the policies and procedures which promote the secure and uninterrupted operation of all IT and OT systems. The role will be responsible for interfacing with the internal business groups to better service cybersecurity requests and provide best practices guidance. This position will report to the VP & Chief Information Technology Officer, with a dotted line to the CISO and will assist with leading and driving Oceaneering's overall IT/OT cybersecurity strategy, program and risk posture. This leader will be a key member of the Cybersecurity Leadership Team.

• Ability to travel domestically and overseas up to 25% of the year.
• Corporate headquarters is based in Houston, TX.
• Most of the work will be performed in CST business hours.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead global cybersecurity refresh program encompassing multiple security projects.
• Plan, organize, direct and coordinate programs and activities related to Cybersecurity support services.
• This position will be a high-visibility representative of corporate cybersecurity to interface with the internal business units.
• This position will be people-focused with less (but not none) emphasis on engineering new solutions or security operations.
• Produce, adhere, and achieve Cybersecurity metrics and KPI's for Cybersecurity operations.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining strategy and architecture for cybersecurity teams.
• Monitor and adhere to IT security practices and risk management guidelines.
• Manage through planned or unexpected emergencies (i.e. hurricane) or outages.
• Manage a large portfolio of systems and data to include commercial and propriety software programs.
• Prepare annual and other periodic reports using statistical data.
• Assist in the development of the IT cybersecurity budget and monitoring trends.
• Monitor departmental expenditures and adherence to published budgets.
• Own cybersecurity aspects of Internal SDLC governance and offshore OT support.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in cyber security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic planning, collaboration and coordination across multiple functions, including Legal, Operations, Finance, and HR.
• Highly skilled communicator who is articulate and can translate technical concepts into business-centric terminology and context.
• Strong background leading large/global cybersecurity projects with teams consisting of 3rd party consultants and employees.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly diverse environment across highly differentiated business units.
• Ability to qualify for access to systems under ITAR restrictions.
• Advanced understanding of OT cybersecurity concepts (Operations Technology).
• Advanced understanding of secure software development lifecycle best practices.

DESIRED:

• Experience with Splunk, Palo Alto firewalls, Azure AD, DigiCert.
• Cybersecurity certifications preferred (such as CISSP, CISA).
• Experience leading teams in IT cybersecurity responsibilities.
• Experience supporting multi-site, multi-national IT environments and teams.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 5%.

Additional Information

This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
