This is a great opportunity to join our M&Y Maintenance and Construction team. The purpose of this role is to carry out gas servicing, repairs and maintenance on the Regenda Group's and third-party properties. You will also be required to provide out of hours emergency cover on a rota basis.

The role
This is a great opportunity to join our M&Y Maintenance and Construction team. The purpose of this role is to carry out gas servicing, repairs and maintenance on the Regenda Group's and third-party properties. You will also be required to provide out of hours emergency cover on a rota basis.
The right fit
- ACS qualifications to include CCN1, CENWAT1, HTR1, CKR1, & MET1.
- Unvented HW qualification would be advantageous.
- You will have knowledge of Domestic Heating Systems and boiler fault diagnosis and repairs.
- Social housing experience is essential as well as experience working with deadlines and agreed targets.
- You must be willing to work flexible hours.
- You will need a full UK driving license.
