Function description

As Work/Project Manager, you play a crucial role in connecting with clients and deliver to their needs/standards. You will coordinate with the different workshop managers, fleet managers, and different logistics-related teams. You will ensure that the client has a seamless experience, establishing strong connections of future business ventures.

• Client relationship management, including being the point of contact from beginning to end of the contract
• Organize weekly meetings and discuss the Operational topics such safety, HR,, finance etc.
• Liaise with the superintendents to ensure the equipment is being operated in a correct way.
• Ensure that manpower is correctly allocated and performing as per our standards.
• Work closely and advise workshop department to achieve operational availability of the equipment.
• Keep track of all daily fleet activities, informing relevant stakeholders about ongoing tasks.
• Follow-up with procurement & logistics team that their required actions for your projects are being timely actioned and report in case of any issue.

Requirements

• A bachelor or master's degree in Engineering, construction or similarly related field
• 5+ years in a similar role
• Exceptional commercial skills, including strong soft skills such as networking and relationship management
• Customer-oriented, perseverance and a keen eye on optimizing processes and results
• Up to date as to trends, innovations and techniques, our target groups and competitors in the market
• Minimum professional fluency in both Dutch and English
