Function description

• Facilitate project preparation and serve as the primary liaison between clients and vessels.
• Mandatory attendance at load and discharge operations on-site prior to project allocation.
• Ensure all on-site arrangements are meticulously handled to ensure project success.
• Conduct routine visits to own liner vessels to ensure smooth operations.
• Organize and lead project pre-planning meetings, toolbox meetings, and kick-off meetings.
• Focus on production improvement and comprehensive reporting.

Requirements

• Locally available in the UAE (United Arab Emirates) or with UAE project experience.
• A solid 4-5 years of hands-on experience in dredging/marine projects is required.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, with proficiency in MS Word being highly valued.
• Long-term commitment to the role is expected, with frequent international travel periods of 1-3 months.
• We're seeking someone who thrives in both office and on-site environments, demonstrating a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Chief Officer Onboard experience is an advantage.
