Job Purpose

  • Coordinate and support the planning, facilitation and monitoring of the agreement implementation process and its administration, fostering contractual compliance, ensuring operational activites are aligned and agreements obligations and rights are fulfilled in a timely manner by relevant functions.

Job Context & Major Challenge(s) - I

  • Coordination and alignment of multiple Agreement Implementing functions.
  • Operate in an environment with short deadlines and high pressure to deliver and on occasion require multitasking abilities.
  • Dealing with Agreements with high value and complexity

Key Job Accountabilities - I

  • Develop and support negotiations of new agreements between owners and RLTO ensuring agreement terms and conditions are defined and upheld by both parties.
  • Coordinate and review existing Agreements between owners and RLTO ensuring terms and conditions are defined and upheld by both parties.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings between the owners and RLTO/Company departments to ensure adherence to the agreements and to resolve issues.
  • Liaise with RLTO management team, Legal department and specialist disciplines and facilitate the negotiation of standard and non-standard agreements in accordance with company standards, business needs, contractual arrangements and owner's requirements.

Key Job Accountabilities - II

  • Organise and prepare regular reporting of agreement administration KPIs to identify and report any findings and support in preparing mitigation plan.
  • Follow up the implementation of agreements' action items and report overdue items to management to provide up-to-date status, data and information for effective decision-making.
  • Organise and support comprehensive reviews of all existing agreements, providing sufficient assistance to ensure terms and conditions are defined and upheld by both parties.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of agreements, amendments, and related documents, implementing a user-friendly system resulting in a logically and systematically organized and archived contractual information, and for seamless information retrieval.
  • Support Agreement owners in carrying out activities related to business such as agreement action items, agreement amendments, asset valuation, financial models and risks factors to ensure understanding, compliance and agreements validity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or Law.

Knowledge and/or Experience - I

  • 6 years of experience in a commercial or technical role within oil and gas industry.
  • Commercial agreement negotiation experience .
