About the Role

This role will be responsible for the delivery of HR Admin support within the UK, Norway and Kazakhstan and will report to the HRSD Manager.

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for the efficient, timely and accurate delivery of transactional HR support. This fast-paced role requires strong organisational skills and a passion for efficient and professional delivery of HR services. You will be expected to be proactive in your approach you will be keen to drive innovation and form meaningful working relationships across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities & Activities
  • Drive to improve processes and procedures to allow the ongoing smooth execution of all HR activity, ensuring compliance and adherence to management systems, tools and policies as appropriate.
  • Develop a constructive and professional relationship with all business stakeholders and HR colleagues
  • Monthly reporting activities
  • Provide guidance and respond to employee queries and requests on all aspects of HR admin support assigned to you and liaise with other stakeholders if needed
  • Maintenance of people data in the HR system and ensure that data quality and consistency is accurate
  • Identify knowledge articles that should be developed in our P&C HR Service Delivery portal (AskP&C) in order to promote and enhance employee self-service
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration
  • Ensuring the timely and accurate input of monthly payroll information
  • Produces P&C documentation and letters to support life cycle events from (pre) hire to (post) retire and ensure their record are managed
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing day one activities and conducting orientation sessions

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience
  • Educated to degree level or appropriate equivalent
  • Previous HR Administration experience is preferred
  • Good understanding of the complete HR/employee lifecycle
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive, flexible in approach and customer-focused. Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Working knowledge of people management systems
  • Excellent general administration skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrates a good level of initiative with the ability to identify and highlight potential issues in advance of problems arising
  • Able to prioritise a challenging workload and manage customer expectations accordingly
  • Able to work with highly confidential information, deliver with discretion and maintain the trust and confidence of client groups

Working Conditions:

The HR Coordinator will be required to work in the office for a minimum of 3 days per week
