Vestas are a world leading, renewable energy company that develop, build, install and maintain wind turbines all over the globe. The Operational Support Services is a new team to Vestas; supporting our technical team across a number of functions to ensure they can spend the most time in the turbines.

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:

• This role is responsible for the ongoing tracking of service fleet vehicles and service hub lease and compliance.
• In this role you will need to liaise with numerous external and internal stakeholders
• You will be responsible for managing databases and be able to generate reports for the business to reflect progress against company targets
• You will be responsible for overseeing the hiring and leasing of service-related vehicles and warehouse properties from the time the business need is identified to completion
• You are responsible for liaising with external stakeholders to ensure building and vehicle safety compliance

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience of organisation and administration skills across a number of database platforms
• Fluent in English verbally and win writing
• Confident on Microsoft Office applications
