The primary responsibility of the SE Advantage Product Owner position is to provide direction to the business and digital teams to ensure a successful delivery of features and capabilities within the targeted timeframe for all stakeholders within the scope of the deployment roadmap.

What will you do?
  • Develop and communicate the vision of the SEA product (Quotations & PM Tool)
  • Translate the expectations and preferences of end users into solution features
  • Define the goals of SEA releases
  • Prioritize schedule to meet expectations of the roadmap
  • Communicate objectives of roadmap increments
  • Review and Approve increment planning outputs and prioritization
  • Attend product feature demos and invite the appropriate audience
  • Communicate deliverables' status and key decisions to stakeholders
  • Review roadmap risks, issues, and escalations
  • Define goals of subsequent increments
  • Participate in solution testing
  • Verify delivered solutions against user expectations
  • Align with business owners/business stakeholders
  • Work with Change Management team and System owners on solution deployment

  • Strong communication skills
  • Champion the project solution and frame changes in a way that engages and excites the end user community
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline
  • Experience in commercial business and projects or other functional experience
  • Intermediate level knowledge of SAP ERP system a plus

  • This position will report to the Director, Business Transformation

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Tight deadlines and multiple priorities, requiring decisive decision making in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work outside the standard 8-5 schedule, across time zones, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required by tight project deadlines.
  • Ability to travel as required by position (approximately 25%)
  • Ability to work independently in a competitive work environment.
