For our HR Department, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner ( Graduate Level) who works for the region of Belgium, reporting to our office in Uccle, Brussels

Daily task and responsibilities
  • Recruitment Excellence: Manage and coordinate recruitment projects, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from start to finish. Own the pipeline of both active and passive candidates, utilizing your expertise in candidate sourcing.
  • Employer Branding Extraordinaire: Drive employer branding initiatives and establish strong relationships with selected universities. You'll be the driving force behind our efforts to attract and retain the best talent.
  • Innovation Advocate: Embrace transformation and be at the forefront of change. Recommend continuous improvements to practices, processes, and policies to advance the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our business leaders, managers, and HR team. Your ability to influence and convince others will be essential in building strong relationships and driving successful recruitments

You are someone who...
  • Communicates Effectively: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Is an Employer Branding Enthusiast: You possess a strong understanding of social media platforms and their impact on employer branding. Experience in university relations is a plus.
  • Is an influential Communicator: Your advanced communication and negotiation skills enable you to grasp complex business concepts, ask incisive questions, and make compelling propositions. Your concise and effective communication style is accompanied by excellent presentation skills.
  • Has great organization skills: With excellent time management skills, you thrive in a business-driven environment with competing demands. Proven planning and organizational skills allow you to prioritize effectively.

You are someone with...
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch and English. French fluency is considered a strong asset.
  • Has Recruitment Experience: You bring 1-3 years of experience in diverse recruitments and candidate sourcing, ideally within services, engineering or sales positions. Your passion for finding the right talent is unmatched.
  • Digital Savvy: Proficiency in using web research tools, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn; iCims is an asset.

Nice to have : A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or similar.
