Intern in Travel & Expense Team with English (m/f/d)

Mission:

Location & commitments:

• Paid internship, contract of mandate for min. 3 months, min. 20 hours of work/week,
• Warsaw (office at Konstruktorska street),
• Hybrid model.

Description of the position:

Your IMPACT:

• Audit of travel expenses;
• Booking of documents in accounting system;
• Reconciliation of documents.
• Dealing with employees' queries;
• Cooperating with other departments like HR team;
• Archiving of documents.

Your Profile:

• At least Bachelor's degree (Finance/Accounting/Economy);
• Experience in Travel & Expense team will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of SAP (Accounts Payable modules) would be an asset;
• Knowledge of Excel would be an asset;
• Analytical skills;
• Team spirit.

Languages:

• Fluency in English.
• French is a nice to have.
