RESPONSIBILITIES

Wood is currently recruiting for Iraqi local national Mechanical Supervisor - Structural /Piping to strengthen our team in Basra, Iraq. Work cycle is 6/1.

• Has a broad experience with a lot of different Piping materials and fitting.
• Can review and correctly interpret the piping drawings (P&ID,ISO,GA)
• Good experience working with site teams on fit up and welding with approved procedures.
• Has some site testing experience with piping NDT ,testing (hydrotest, pneumatic )
• Has worked with flange management procedures
• Monitor and track the progress of civil and structural work to ensure adherence to project timeline and budgets.
• Manage and supervise site civil and structural installation works
• Have good experience with mechanical installation such as rotating equipment (pumps, compressors),static equipment (tank, vessel ,skids, etc.)
• Equipment lifting experience
• Monitor and track the progress of civil and structural work to ensure adherence to project timeline and budgets.
• Manage and supervise site civil and structural construction teams

QUALIFICATIONS

• HND or home country equivalent:
• Minimum 7 years in Oil & Gas Project Construction and Execution
• Experience in Brown and Greenfield construction projects
• P&ID knowledge /Ioslations /Isometrics, GA,
• Shut down knowledge
• Hotwork Tie in`s
• Brownfield/Greenfield works
• Applicants MUST have Basra residency card.
