We are looking for Senior Project Engineers and Project Engineers to join our team in our Aberdeen office on a staff or contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the world's largest current and upcoming Offshore Windfarm projects.

What you will be doing

• Prepare procedures and documentation (e.g. installation procedures, method statements, lift plans) for projects and tenders - liaising with other specialists as required (e.g. Structural designers, CAD designers, Geotech & Electrical).
• Prepare scopes of work for subcontracts and review / evaluate subcontractor documentation.
• Prepare and review planning for project preparation and execution.
• Identify and arrange project equipment / materials requirements.
• Prepare and take part in design reviews and task risk assessments.
• Complete administrative tasks for project engineering, as required.
• Participate in project execution at-site and offshore.
• Dependent on experience and seniority, lead engineers in the above tasks and other work packages.

What you will bring to the team

• BEng / BSc or MEng / MSc degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Offshore Engineering or similar
• Relevant work experience within the offshore energy industry - particularly within foundations (piling, jackets), cables / umbilicals, heavy lift or similar.
• Knowledge of offshore working methods, planning and risk assessment.
• A practical approach and good communication skills
• An understanding of offshore wind foundations or subsea cable installation would be ideal, but is not essential.
