How to contribute to our vision

The Working Student Project & Data Management (JOC) will be reporting to the Data Operations Manager and will be a member of the Joint Operations team in the Germany Offshore Service organization. The main responsibility is to the support the Project Managers within the JOC Department in driving business improvements within the organization while having a strong focus on digitalization and automatization. Working location will be predominantly in Hamburg BTC or Bremerhaven.

The responsibilities include:
  • Support in evaluation & optimization of processes within the service area across multiple offshore wind farm projects
  • Assist in standardizing working practices of the teams based on best practice and lessons learned
  • Possibility to analyze and improve selected business processes.
  • Contribute to regular reporting activities towards management & other stakeholders.
  • Preparing reports summarizing results and recommendations for decision-making.
  • Conduct Data Management for prioritized topics, support in improving data integrity by monitoring existing business processes.
  • Interaction and collaboration between various global functions & departments
  • Assist in integration of new office technologies and systems as appropriate.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for...
  • Highly motivated students, preferably within Engineering or IT studies
  • Comprehensive IT user skills (MS Office and Windows 365).
  • High level of communication skills.
  • Independent, proactive and responsible way of working.
  • First experience with SAP SRP, PowerBI, databases, and PowerApps is a plus.
  • High level of commitment.
  • Hands-on profile and innovative mindset with a desire to work in an international team
  • Fluency in English (at least C1 level), German (minimum B2 level) is also preferred.
