To Deliver Excellent Results in SC: 1. EMS Upstream Improvement - Streamline and improve process on Upstream activity to achieve Operational excellent 2. Transform Supply Chain Process (PPV, Rebalancing, PO, LTB) and develop Supply Chain Visibility from EMS to SE factories. Detail Task: 1. To lead and ensure the WAR room meeting regularly maintain to identity the supply RISK and make sure all stakeholders act properly and doing global escalation at the right time. 2. Be the advocate of customer centricity behavior and its dynamics in the organization, full-time dedicated to EMS and physically located at EMS 3. Strengthen processes towards Supply Chain as fundamental pillars: To deliver more sustainability, agility, and resilience with a stronger connection to our customers and suppliers. 4. Incorporate customer requirements into every step of the supply chain operations to ensure "customers get what and when they want it". 5. Continually improve end-to-end supply chain processes and performances with other stakeholders (particularly Suppliers, Factory/Plants, Logistic Center, Line of Business) to improve Delivery Performance. 6. Support global initiatives to address customer supply issues and sustain end-to end supply chain processes. 7. Scope of responsibilities: Electronics Manufacturing Services (Flex Batam, Jabil Vietnam, Foxconn)
Qualifications

1. Expert in Electronics manufacturing and assembly process
2. MD in Electronics Engineering or other Technical field. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
3. Expert on Upstream supply chain
4. Can use SAP (+oracle as plus point)
5. Personality Traits: Strong communication skill, decisive, organized, good analyst, passionate. Able to achieve results in factory that has yet to mature
6. Team player, good relationship with Regional team/Business Unit and other Factory GMs
7. Clearly results oriented, flexible and proactive, methodical in the way to deal with multiple stakeholders
8. Clear identification with company goals, high initiative and positive thinking
9. Ability to work with stake holder without a direct reporting structure (network management)
10. Solid influencing and convincing skills
11. English: Good oral and written communications skill. C an speak chineese is a plus
