Trane has a new exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Regional Water Treatment Project Admin in Carrollton, Texas.

This position has been designated as onsite.

Responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned:

• Works to maintain internal service process and contract compliance.

• Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff.

• Connects and communicates with customers and their representatives, including building owners, mechanical contractors, other trades, subcontractors, and field support staff.

• Schedules and participates in internal team meetings to ensure accurate transfer of information and work flow.

• Validates cost to date and reconciles project data in business systems.

• Reconciliation of purchase order discrepancies to support the Service fulfillment process.

• Reviews billing backlog and coordinates/communicates with ASM, HVAC Field Technicians, customers as necessary to resolve obstacles.

• Monitoring the completion of tasks by technicians and addressing issues through Open Call Reports. Applying time to calls and closing/billing daily.

• Overseeing P-card transactions for monthly invoices and quoted work with vendors and subcontractors.

• Managing correspondence from internal and external customers.

• Validating purchase order acknowledgements and ensuring all documentation for transitioned and transmitted jobs is accurate.

Other duties include:

• Allocating P-cards

• Issuing and entering purchase orders

• Verifying payment statuses for vendors

Qualifications:

• Must have strong communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Proven experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a high-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

Base Compensation Range: $60,000 - $90,000 annually, plus overtime
