Job Description
The Job Mission As a Piping Construction Coordinator, you will facilitate communication between contractors and the client, ensuring efficient handling of site requests. You will report to the Balance of Plant Construction Lead. Your responsibilities will include:
Manage the Field Change Requests (FCR) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) production to maintain construction activities.
Work flexibly to resolve technical issues promptly.
Collaborate closely with both engineering and construction teams.
Efficiently manage resources within a defined budget.
Propose and review remediation plans for issues identified in FCRs and NCRs.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the throughput of FCRs and NCRs.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Degree in a related engineering field, or qualified by experience
Proven experience in a similar piping construction role
Meticulous and rigorous engineering approach
Experience with responding to Non-Conformance Reports
Knowledge of CDM Regulations
Strong leadership skills to coordinate the construction team
Ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
• Chartered Engineer status.
• Understanding of Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) design and operations.
