- Work Experience: 6 to 8 years relevant experience working as a Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) in medium / large firm
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information system or equivalent
- Knowledge: SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll
- Skills: EC payroll modules, SAP Payroll, Business Analytics, SAP SuccessFactors
- Abilities: To handle and work in global support environment, Ability to grasp business concepts and setup applications accordingly
- Certificates: Certified SF ECP Consultant
- Job Overview
- Minimum 6 to 8 years relevant experience working as a Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) in medium / large firm Complete understanding on Hire to Retire processes in HCM.
- Experience in SF compensation is an advantage
- Should have been part of at least 2 implementations.
- Understanding of Role-based Permissions.
- Ability to configure EC data models, workflows, MDF Alerts & business rules, Benefits, Time off/Time sheet, Document templates.
- Payroll control center, Setting up Payroll systems, data replication, Payment configuration
- Fair understanding of system implementation, integration and IT dependencies while driving the implementation/Integration projects.
- Understanding of the performance management process in a global organization.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to anchor meetings and run the meetings to engage the member firms during the project calls.
- Exhibit strong leadership and comprehension abilities to develop business documents and to anchor system support activities.
- Implementation, project experience with HR technologies, Support, process engineering/ re-engineering and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, self-directed and resourceful
- Team player, team management skills, self-driven and ability to work independently
- Ability to work across cultures and build strong relationships in a global environment coordination within the team and sharing knowledge
