What will you do:

• Supervise the Upstream and Downstream Planning of the External Manufacturer.
• Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and scheduling of the manufacturing and purchase orders to our external manufacturer)
• Manage the backorder portfolio (BOL), the shortage and to take actions to insure the availability of product .
• Escalate material shortages with vendors
• Escalate material shortages within Procurement organization using the escalation path.
• Audit ERP parameters and request actions being taken for findings.
• Evaluate the Value Stream Map and provide suggestions.
• Change transportation method when needed.
• Participate on SAM audits animated by Virtual Factory Team

Qualifications

You fit the following Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English (written and business speaking).
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience on Supply Chain roles.
• Proven experience using SAP Material Management
• Understanding of Engineering /Manufacturing Process is a plus
• Preferred experience on Make-to-Stock environment.
• Proficiency on excel use.
• Self-initiative and proven experience on following up on multiple topics with attention to details.
• Strong influencing skills and team work.
• Initiative and proactive.
• Leadership and high capacity for communication
