Job Description 1.Routine steel structure welding inspection including inbound material inspection, visual inspection, dimension inspection and related documents and reports reviewing according to ITP;

2.Handling the work applying Classification associations' inspection and accompany for classes' inspection and ensure the process generally in control; 3.Have good ability to lead supplier factory continuous developing their welding technology to improving the welding quality to meet specification requirements.

4.Business trip according to production progress requirement for final inspection at supplier site according to drawings and checklist 5.Involve in supplier audit for the welding part

6.Documents preparing and other tasks depend on the role demands.

岗位职责 1、常规钢结构焊接检验，包括进料检验、目视检验、尺寸检验，按ITP审查的相关文件和报告；

2、办理申请船级社的检查工作，并陪同船级社检查，确保过程总体受控； 3、领导供应商工厂沟通焊接技术，以提高焊接质量，以满足规格要求；

4、根据生产进度要求出差，根据图纸和检查表在供应商现场进行最终检查； 5、参与焊接部件的供应商审核；

6、做好相关文件准备和其他任务。

Essential skills and knowledge

Qualifications



1.Bachelor's degree/ in metal material engineering, mechanical engineering, NDT and welding is preferred.



2.More than 6 years of relevant experience related to shipping building. Offshore or steel fabrication.



3.Familiar with on site welding inspection tasks and painting inspection experience is wanted.



4.Minimum English requirement is :Be able to read specification, prepare reports and reply email in English. Good oral English is preferring.



5.CWI or CSWIP certificate is preferred.

任职资格



1、本科学历，金属材料工程、机械工程、无损检测、焊接相关专业优先；



2、6年以上船舶建设相关经验，海上或钢铁制造；



3、熟悉现场焊接检验任务和涂装检验经验者优先；



4、最低英语要求：能够阅读规格书，准备报告并用英语回复电子邮件。良好的英语口语者优先；



5、有CWI或CSWIP证书者优先。
