About The Job

We are currently seeking a Service Now application Engineer Specialist, to join the team based in Noida.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Specialist on SNOW app engine applications
  • Contribute to the development aside the integrator during the implementation phases
  • Responsible for Level 1/2 Support (incidents) on app engine applications after go-live
  • Responsible for implementing enhancements and customizations using standard features and SNOW licences Creator Professional Plus
  • Responsible for new entities deployments & releases.

Position Duties:
  • Ensure the good implementation practices in app engine (always use the standard when possible)
  • Advise on technical feasibility of requested enhancements.
  • Contribute to the user acceptance of the solution.
  • Establish, maintain the regular relationship with the GBS users & managers.

Enhancements:
  • Work with end users on requirements and design for requested enhancements
  • Write detailed specifications for changes and support the user during the UAT.
  • Maintain technical documentation (technical cartography, administration guide)
  • Guarantee the maximum use of standard features for app engine set-up.
  • Develop / configure the defined enhancements in app engine.
  • Perform unit testing on implemented set-up.

Deployment and release
  • Coordinate the deployment & the release of new entities in app engine.
  • Coordinate the migration of the configuration across environments.
  • Contribute to the non-regression testing.

L1 & L2 Support
  • Support master users in low customization set-ups (playbooks...)
  • Act as owner of app engine incidents.
  • Document incident resolution procedures.
  • Coordinate with the different IT team for incident resolutions (infrastructure, data, ERP ....)
  • Play a role during new SNOW version upgrades.

About You

Qualifications (Educational/Professional): Bachelors degree or Masters degree.

Experience: 1-3 years experience in Service Now Platform.

Mandatory SNOW skills:
  • Knowledge on SNOW custom app
  • Knowledge in one or several of the following App Engine modules
  • Logic and Automation / Flow
  • Logic and Automation / Process Definition / Designer
  • SNOW Dashboards
  • App Engine Management centre R/Pipeline/Change
  • Knowledge on one or several other Service Now solutions (CMDB, ITSM, SPM, HRSD, CSM...)
  • Good functional and technical skills in Service Now platforms
  • Knowledge of key database concepts, data models, relationships between different types of data
  • Knowledge on the MDM concept.
  • Customer oriented, quality minded and proactive approach.
