Description of the position:

Your IMPACT:
  • Be first point of contact for Schneider's Electric employees when it comes to HR questions and issues, manage employees' cases,
  • communicate with employees (phone, chat, self-service) and process their requests in systems,
  • communicate with stakeholders, experts to solve queries,
  • research required information using available resources and business acumen to provide employee with the solution,
  • constantly learn and use new knowledge to delight customers,
  • identify improvement areas.

Your Profile:
  • Student of psychology/sociology/MBA/management or related,
  • basic MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams),
  • problem solving, pro-active attitude and innovation spirit,
  • passion about customer service,
  • team-working skills and drive to change personality.

Languages:
  • Fluency in English and FRENCH (verbal and written).
  • Spanish, Italian, German, Scandinavian, Finnish, Polish as a nice to have.


Please take into account that if you are not a Polish citizen, we will need the following documents: "Karta Pobytu" TRC with positive decision/student visa, passport, confirmation from your University in Poland that you are a current student and a PESEL number.
