Diese Stelle kann sowohl von unseren Hauptbüro Standort Gotha als auch von unseren Regionalen Standorten (z.b Thalfang, Heddersdorf, Roßtal, Kaufungen...) ausgeübt werden.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Ausbildung der Servicetechniker auf Grund gesetzlichen Vorgaben (Vestas Standard for Electrical Safety, Vestas Standard Control of Hazardoius Energy, Unterweisung der jeweiligen betrieblichen Anweisungen zur Durchführung elektrotechnischer Arbeiten)
• Durchführung der Arbeitsaktivitäten (die Anlagenverantwortung und die Arbeitsverantwortung)
• Formales Toolbox Gespräch vor Beginn der Arbeitsaktivitäten
• Anwendung von ECC Vertreterregelung

Das bringst du mit:

• Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung z.B. Elektroniker (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder in einem anderen elektrotechnischen Berufsfeld
• Fortbildungsbereitschaft (Trainerschein Vestas intern)
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Windkraft
• Kenntnisse in DMS / HSE / und OHS Manual
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
• Führerschein mindestens Klasse B
• Basiskenntnisse in Englisch
• Regionale Reisebereitschaft und Höhentauglichkeit
