Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Product Manager in optimizing the offer portfolio and return on investment. Each day, you will ensure that ABB has full understanding of market requirements in a specific area and can transform those requirements into offer specifications and development activities. You will also showcase your expertise by performing various offer lifecycle activities supporting the development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability. The work model for the role is: onsite This role is contributing to the electrification in Egypt cluster You will be mainly accountable for: Conducting valuation of market size and trends and competitor analyses including identification of offering gaps and evaluates ABB's position. Managing the technical specification of the product(s) assigned and supports the Product Manager in developing the business case on offering developments, maintenance, and cost reduction. Following major warranty cases and quality cost drivers for the assigned offering and ensures quick resolution. Collecting and analyzing standards, market requirements, and customer needs and values as inputs for developing a product roadmap. Supporting the global Product Manager in creating business case for development projects or offering transfers. Preparing offering market communication materials, including support for new offering launches Providing sales support, participating in customer meetings, and attends trade shows on request. Ensuring appropriate product training materials are available to train internal (Sales/Engineering/Service JFGs) and external customers. Driving technical solutions across the offering line. Assisting in resolving the issues on customer offering and accompanies internal partners to customer sites when needed. Participating in determining sales targets for the Sales team. Preparing price lists for review and approval and delivers customer quotations. Preparing various analyzes on market, product, and competitors.

Qualifications for the role
- Degree in electrical-mechanical engineering
- Have a demonstrated track record in a related role (5+ years of experience)
- Extensive knowledge of Portfolio Management & Market Intelligence
- Strong experience in Customer Experience Success
- Strong knowledge in Regulation & Legal Compliance
- Have Knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management, Research and Information Synthesis & Supply Chain Management
