Your role and responsibilities

We're seeking a talented Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our team. About Us: At ABB, we're at the forefront of control system solutions. Our cutting-edge technologies empower businesses to achieve their goals and drive growth. As a Technical Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and technical expertise. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for software/hardware demo applications development using ABB latest software and hardware. You will communicate with Product Managers, R&D, Cloud team and others during the development and preparation phase. You will experience installations, updates/upgrades, presentations, and technical discussions. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions. Build strong relationships with internal customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction. We're seeking for driven person that will bring something unique to our team of specialists.

Qualifications for the role

  • High School / Bachelor's degree/ University degree in a relevant field (Electrical, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.).
  • English on good communication level - you will communicate on a daily basis.
  • Good knowledge in at least one of these areas: automation/ programming/networking/ windows administration.
  • Strong technical acumen and willingness to learn our products/services.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently, but also collaborate within a team.
