This position reports to
Service Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead local marketing and sales activities for products, systems, services within the defined industry segment(s). Each day, you will ensure that the related business substantially increases sales, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction in the selected market segments. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the definition of industry group footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model). The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing in Service Application in Customers Italy. You'll be responsible for Service Sales in Italy mainly in North Area. Main Stakeholders are End Users Customers and Own State Companies. Ensuring efficient Sales & Marketing activities and communicate value proposition to customers related to entire Service Portfolio: Retrofit and revamping Solutions, DA Solutions, Frame Agreement, Spares in Energy Distribution Customers and segments. • Developing and implementing a market-based strategy including direct, third party and project sales. • Interpreting the global industry segment strategy to meet region/country requirements and implementing with country specific action plans. • Activating operation intelligence, benchmarking, and analysis to identify best processes, equipment, and automation practices, etc. • Driving the growth of the top line in each target industry segment.

Qualifications for the role
- Master Degree in in Engineering or a High School Diploma in Electro-technical field.
- Excellent command of MS Office tools.
- Fluent Italian and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Availability for business trip in Italy is required.
- Customer-orientation, problem-solving attitude and ability to work and communicate efficiently in a team, proactivity, precision and high motivation, negotiation and interpersonal skills complete your profile.
- Knowledge of Sales Force and LV & MV switchgears is preferred.
