This position reports to
Market Development Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead marketing and sales activities related to products, systems, and services within the defined industry segments, for the assigned area. Each day, you will ensure that the division and related sales units substantially improve their sales, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction in the selected market segments. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and implementing a market-based strategy including direct, third party, and project sales and enhancing cross-division and cross-region business-led collaborations for the specific market segment. The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite, #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Building Business in Indonesia. You will be mainly accountable for: • Leading the segment team members and reinforces global sales efficiency and performance. • Building relationships with key external influencers/key customers and leverages ABB's strengths to capture new business opportunities. • Activating operation intelligence, benchmarking, and analysis to identify industry segment trends, practices, product gaps, competitor strategy, etc. • Supporting the development of strong relationships with key customers. Builds and maintains strong relationships with key decision makers and ensuring efficient marketing communications. • Coordinating the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads, billings, orders, contracts, etc. and evaluating data to ensure achievement of goals. Monitors and provides reports to the marketing and sales organization on market intelligence.

Qualifications for the role
- Electrical/Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent.
- 8-10yrs experience or more in similar capacity in electrical market in Low Voltage/LV products products/system sales.
- Proven track record in growing the market/developing new market.
- Strong network in developers, contractors across Indonesia.
- Good negotiation skills, passionate, self driven and a strong ability to drive and lead a team.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent written and oral communication skill in English.
