This position reports to

Cluster LBL Manager

Your role and responsibilities

As part of sales team, the senior sales will update and weekly basis the opportunity list will assure constant communication with customer and will contribute actively on offer preparation and sales strategy definition The work model for this role (onsite) This role is contributing to Electrification Business Area based in Hydra; Algeria Main Accountabilities: Keeping track business opportunity in the county Visiting customer on systematic basis Building up strong customer relationship to assure early involvement on new project and Implementing Business-developing strategies and ensure customer satisfaction. Developing and conduct market research studies and perform related analyses involving sales, trends, and market potential. Identifying quantify, and make recommendations on market price, customer delivery requirements, quality, and other related factors. Identifying new business opportunities. Assisting Sales, Engineering, and other groups in developing and implementing strategies to capture additional sales and market share and increase profits. Working with management to facilitate development of the company's business plan and the group's strategic plan. Developing and implement marketing communications and advertising plans that clearly identify the company's products, services, image, and other factors to increase sales. Developing strategic profiles of key and potential competitors and forecast markets, business volume, and market share. Achieving assigned budget and required profitability.

Qualifications for the role

  • Degree in engineering Electrical or equivalent
  • At least 4 year's professional experience electrical product and solution selling
  • Negotiation talent as well as a proactive and creative approach
  • Good competencies on LV and MV product and solution.
  • Very good English and French (booth speaking and writing)
  • Strong knowledge and networking with majors Algerian Customers
  • Availability to travels in and out of the country for 50% of the time
  • Knowledge on Algeria market
  • Technical skills at sales level on LV an MV product.
