The position requires role model leadership skills and extensive experience in manufacturing, operations, and materials management. Key Responsibilities
- Multi-site manufacturing leader responsible for the operations performance of 5 factories
- Drive the integration of intercompany operations to maximize output
- Lead safety focused and compliant culture
- Ensure world class quality and sustained continuous improvement
- Achieve aggressive past due and inventory reduction
- Personal accountability to key product launches and capacity to enable growth
- Orchestrate rapid capacity expansion and reposition products with cross functional team
- Champion continuous improvement projects and lean deployment/maturity
US CITIZEN REQUIREMENTS
Must be a US Citizendue to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing or Business management
- 7+ years combined of Supply Chain, Operations, Business management or Manufacturing Engineering experience
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Expert Certification
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience with project management and Kaizen facilitation.
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of leadership.
- Proven problem-solving skills, including ability to interpret business performance and financial data, define actions, and implement solutions.
