Senior HR Manager - Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary & Bulgaria

As a Senior HR Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving HR initiatives and supporting the overall HR strategy at Honeywell.

his is a multi-country role: Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary & Bulgaria and supporting all SBGs across multi types of organizations: hub, sales, ISC.

In this senior leadership position, you will be responsible for managing and leading the HR function, overseeing a team of HR professionals, and partnering with business leaders to drive HR excellence.

You will provide strategic guidance and support on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs that foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement.

You will report directly to our Senior Director Human Resources CEE and you will work out of our Prague, Czech Republic location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by:
- Partnering with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
- Developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and programs that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement.
- Managing and developing a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Handling complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement.
• Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Handle complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

YOUMUST HAVE

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in HR management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders atall levels of the organization.
• Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management,and employee development.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
