职责描述:

1.Responsible for the daily business management of general agents in Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan负责中国大陆以及香港,台湾地区总代理的日常业务管理工作;

2.Responsible for formulating sales plans and promotion strategies of each general agent, setting sales targets, participating in and implementing the implementation of pricing strategies and promotion plans;负责制定各家总代理销售计划与推广策略,设定销售目标,参与并执行定价策略与促销计划的实施;

3.Maintain good communication with the general agent, understand the business development needs of partners, master the sales forecast, order plan, inventory turnover and other information;与总代理保持良好沟通,了解合作伙伴的业务拓展需求,掌握销售预测,订货计划,库存周转等信息;

4. Cooperate and communicate within the company, understand the summary of first-line business sales opportunities, work closely with the planning department and production department of the back-end production plant to realize the integration of front and back end information, and do a good job in price application, order management, timely delivery and stock planning of various products.在公司内部协作沟通,了解一线业务销售商机汇总,与后端生产工厂的计划部门以及生产部门紧密协同,实现前后端信息的拉通,做好各类产品的价格申请,订单管理,及时交付与备货计划.

5. Pay close attention to market dynamics and competitive environment, ‌ timely obtain market information and feedback, ‌ analyze market demand and trend, ‌ understand competitors' sales strategies and operating modes, ‌‌ constantly optimize sales and promotion strategies to improve brand competitiveness and market share.关注市场动态和竞争环境,‌及时获取市场的信息和反馈,‌分析市场需求和趋势,‌了解竞争对手的销售策略和运营模式,‌‌不断优化销售与推广策略,提升品牌的竞争力和市场份额.

Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, under 35 ,more than 5 years of sales work experience, English reading barrier-free;本科以上学历,35 岁以内,5 年以上销售工作经验,英文阅读无障碍;

2. Experience in power generation or computer product general agent management or trading, experience in product distribution e-commerce platform operation and management is preferred;有过电子类或计算机产品总代理管理或者操盘经验,有产品分销类电商平台运营管理经验尤佳;

3. Good at expression, good communication and coordination ability, good at integrating resources, independent decision-making and crisis handling ability;善于表达,有良好的沟通协调能力,善于整合资源,独立决策和处理危机的能力;

4. Have good professional quality and ethics, proactive, passionate, strong learning ability;良好的职业素养和操守,积极进取,有激情,学习能力强;

5. Good team spirit;良好的团队合作精神;

6. Strong pressure resistance, can travel;抗压能力强,可以出差;
