We are responsible for developing and maintaining Wind Park IT/OT communication infrastructure design and support applications for SCADA systems in Wind Power Plants across the globe. We are responsible for end-to-end delivery of communication infrastructure solutions in collaboration with Digital Solutions and Service organization and responsible for governance on processes and procedures around responsibility area.

The individual tasks in the department vary from hardware design based on industrial grade equipment to designing and enabling advanced security solutions with innovative networking technologies and your role as Scrum Master will enable us to do these activities in an Agile way in close collaboration with Project Management Organization.

Responsibilities

• Executing projects and development activities, framed with the Agile methodologies by working closely with developers, designers and Product Owner in communication infrastructure team and Project Managers in PMO office
• Managing the scrum process and removing the impediments for the scrum team. Supporting the Product Owner to groom and maintain the product backlog in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint/PI
• Coaching and guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to improve customer satisfaction
• Assessing the team's Scrum Maturity, coaching them to higher levels of maturity, at a sustainable and comfortable pace
• Facilitating discussion and conflict resolution
• Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
• Work closely with the team to promote a self-organized and motivated environment and assist them in continuously improving their processes
• Promote a quality mindset and constructive problem solving within the teams
• Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate & scheduled meetings, demo and decision-making process to ensure quick and proper use of adaptation process
• Strong partnering with the Release Train Engineer to assure team is developing and delivering at their best pace

Qualifications

• Technical or another relevant degree (B.Sc or M.Sc)
• 3-5 years of experience as Scrum Master or other Agile-related role
• Experience with large matrix organizations, and you have experience handling stakeholders on senior level
• Solid understanding of different execution, governance, and budget models
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Competencies

• You can easily use and promote Agile values and principles and have deep knowledge of agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban)
• You can act as a coach and mentor to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You have the ability to take and understand the commitment to delivering the product on time
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
• You have proven communication skills and enjoy being around people
• You have the ability to inspire, and people listen to you when you present your points with conviction and valid arguments
• You can project across different cultures, and you are present even though some will be coordinated remotely
• You embrace changes and you are guiding your surroundings through the changing environment.
• You have good IT skills and can quickly understand and read systems and dependencies between systems
• Experienced with JIRA
