Your role and responsibilities

Automation department in EUOPC is looking for person who would like to step forward in his career and start manage team focused on activities supporting sales community as well as engineering in Process Automation. As it is technical support the scope is technology, methodology, processes and competences brings help sales persons to present customers our products' functions and added values. All services are initiated or in line with Product Control Platform (PCP) unit responsible for PA products. In this role, you will have the opportunity to adapt and implement sales support strategy for a designated area in accordance with the global support strategy. Each day, you will ensure technical and commercial support for internal and external customers. You will also showcase your expertise by overseeing estimations, bids, and proposals ensuring alignment with ABB standards and targets and leading, developing, and coaching the Sales Support team. The work model for the role is: Hybrid This role is contributing to the EUOPC division in Ostrava (Czechia). You will be mainly accountable for: • Line Managemet of 10 - 15 full time employees including related cost center responsibility • Close collaboration with Global Product Sales Support on key account level You will also be responsible for services delivered by the team: • L3 technical support for Freelance, MOD300, Symphony+ History, Melody • Sales Support Helpdesk • Servers/Workstation/Network components standardization and testing for usage with 800xA • Exhibitions' support around the globe in Extended Operator Workplace (EOW) transport, assembly/disassembly and use case presentation • Solutions' demos development, maintenance and hosting on ECloud IS • Collaboration on development, maintenance and support of Automation Sales Configurator (based on Tactons' CPQ - Configure/Price/Quote) • HW Demo kits' design, construction and selling to PA sales community Our team dynamics: You will join a growing team of professionals, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role
