As an HCE Finance Director - Performance+here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving financialperformance and providing strategic insights to support decision-making withinthe Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) business unit. You will be responsiblefor leading financial planning and analysis activities, driving operationalexcellence, and optimizing financial performance within the HCE business. Youwill report directly to our VP CFO HCE and you will work out of our Atlanta, GAlocation on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunityto impact critical financial initiatives, drive business growth, and contributeto the overall success of the HCE business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead financial planning and analysis activities for the HCE Performance+Products
  • Develop and manage financial performance metrics and reporting processes,specifically for pipeline instrumentation across Honeywell as well as return oninvestment measurement
  • Provide strategic insights and analysis to support decision-making and driveoperational excellence
  • Collaborate with SBG and cross-functional teams to optimize financialperformance and resource allocation
  • Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadershipwithin the HCE business
  • Understand tech stack and provide productivity and optimization opportunities


YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in driving financial performance and operational excellence
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Experience in a leadership role within a finance function
