We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our Honeywell team in Brno. In this role, you will be responsible for building wireframes and use case design concepts for our internal GenAI Chatbot. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user experience goals and requirements, and translate them into intuitive and user-centric designs.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user experience goals and requirements
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for the GenAI Chatbot
• Ensure that the chatbot interface is intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Solid HTML & CSS knowledge;
• Strong understanding of usability and accessibility principles
