Vestas Technology & Operations > Quality > CIM Electrical & Controls

Join Vestas Technology Operation (VTO) and Vestas Quality, where new product ideas are developed, matured, improved, and tested. In Vestas Quality, you'll find CIM (Continued Improvement Management) & Serious Incidents. We are a team of over 100 employees, primarily engineers and project managers, located in Denmark, Great Britain, India, and Portugal. We resolve CIM cases in a prioritized and structured manner by developing upgrade solutions that improve the performance and safety of installed wind turbines.

Responsibilities

As a student worker in CIM Electrical and Controls, you will support our engineers by:
  • Diving into existing electrical designs to confirm or reject different technical hypotheses
  • Finding alternative components that can improve the performance of an existing turbine
  • Creating technical reports based on input from our technical leads
  • Additionally, you will support the department management with ad hoc tasks related to daily business


Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled at the end of your Bachelor's or beginning of your Master's within electrical systems, ideally focusing on converter or transformer technology
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Advanced MS Office skills

The primary work location is in Aarhus or Ringkøbing, Denmark.
