Job Title: Senior System Analyst
Position Overview: An experienced System Analyst with a strong background in Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and specific expertise in SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will act as a crucial link between our HR and IT departments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality of our HRMS. This role demands exceptional interpersonal skills and proficiency in stakeholder management to facilitate effective communication and collaboration across various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between HR and IT departments, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Analyse, design, and implement HRMS solutions with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors to meet organisational needs.
  • Configure, customise, and optimise SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and Recruiting.
  • Conduct system analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical support and training as required.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including system specifications, user guides, and process flows.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to support HR operations and decision-making.
  • Participate in project management activities, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review.
  • Responsible for user access management, ensuring appropriate permissions and security measures are in place.
  • Act as the IT focal point for the HR department, addressing technical inquiries and providing ongoing support.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role with a focus on HRMS.
  • Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including configuration and customisation.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
Skills:
  • Technical proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
