Job Title: Analytics Specialist (PowerBI & UI/UX - HR Dashboards)
Position Overview: A talented Analytics Specialist with extensive experience in developing PowerBI dashboards and a strong focus on UI/UX design. This role is pivotal in creating comprehensive HR dashboards that cover the full employee lifecycle from hire to retire. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical proficiency, creative design skills, and advanced visualization capabilities using programming languages such as Python, R, and JavaScript (D3.js).
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and maintain interactive PowerBI dashboards specifically tailored for HR, covering the entire employee lifecycle from hire to retire.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective dashboard designs.
• Utilize UI/UX principles to create user-friendly and visually appealing dashboard interfaces that enhance user experience.
• Architect and implement dashboards that provide insights into recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, retention, and offboarding processes.
• Perform data analysis and integrate various HR data sources to ensure comprehensive and accurate reporting.
• Implement advanced data visualizations using programming languages such as Python, R, and JavaScript (D3.js) to enhance dashboard functionality and user experience.
• Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and ease of use.
• Provide training and support to HR and other end-users to ensure effective utilization of dashboards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization, PowerBI, and UI/UX design.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of dashboards to ensure they meet evolving HR needs and user expectations.
• Participate in the design and implementation of data governance and quality assurance processes.
• Work closely with the IT team to manage data integrations, security, and access controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Analytics Specialist, Data Analyst, or similar role with a focus on PowerBI.
• Strong background in UI/UX design with a portfolio of previous dashboard projects.
• Proficiency in PowerBI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Advanced skills in data visualization using programming languages such as Python, R, and JavaScript (D3.js).
• Excellent data visualization skills and a deep understanding of best practices for presenting HR data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR processes and systems is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with other data visualization tools and programming languages is a plus.
