Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and enhance the software components in the assigned Software Engineering function in one or more of platform and application management. Each day, you provide accurate project schedule estimates and ensures their successful completion within the deadline. You will also showcase your expertise by demonstrating good proficiency in software engineering in their own area of competence. The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the Process automation in Czechia. You will be mainly accountable for: Performing a variety of software engineering tasks in the assigned area of software development, software quality engineering, software testing, DevOps, cybersecurity, software release, support, and maintenance, and/or release management, with limited supervision. Contributing (independently) to the software development lifecycle that includes requirements, conceptualization, prototyping, design, coding, testing, release, and subsequent maintenance and operations. Creating highly structured and maintainable code and deliverables with right amount of documentation. Embracing software architecture and design patterns in development to achieve better software metrics across software modularity such as coupling and cohesiveness.

Qualifications for the role

• University/college degree in information technology, software engineering or related field (or other technical field)
• English language at a communicative level (written and oral)
• Experience with .NET development in C# and object-oriented design with respect to design patterns
• Experience in leading and architecting complex web applications, proven problem solving skills and ability to make technical decisions
• Knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL)
• Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and modern frameworks/libraries (e.g. React, Angular, Vue.js, Blazor)
• Experience with REST APIs
• Willingness to further your education and work in a team and independently
• Proactive approach
