As a Plant Controller here at Honeywell, you will beresponsible for overseeing the financial operations of our manufacturing plantwithin the Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions (HSS) business unit. Youwill develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance,improve cost efficiency, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Yourrole will involve analyzing financial data, preparing budgets and forecasts,and providing financial insights to support decision-making.
You will report directly to our Finance Director within the HSS businessunit and you'll work out of our Freeport, IL location on a Hybrid workschedule. We are willing to consider offering relocation assistance forqualified candidates.
In this role, you will impact the success of our HSSbusiness unit by ensuring the financial health and stability of the plant. Yourexpertise in financial management and analysis will be crucial in drivingoperational excellence and achieving business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee the financial operations of the manufacturingplant within the HSS business unit.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize financialperformance and improve cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internalcontrols.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to supportdecision-making.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the HSSbusiness unit to drive financial initiatives and process improvements.

The annual base salaryrange for this position is $115,000 - $144,000. Please note that this salaryinformation serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factorswhen extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope andresponsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, educationand training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial managementor a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, andforecasting.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance andcost efficiency.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
WE VALUE
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relatedfield.
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relatedfield.
• CPA or CMA certification.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations andcompliance.
