This Position reports to:
Operations Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the oversight of team development and process improvement to continually increase the effectiveness of project execution, especially in smaller units.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Leads the project team, establishes the project execution approach, and oversees project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities for both internal and external resources in order to accomplish all project goals.
• Ensures that the project consistently applies contract and claims management in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreements
• Monitors and controls project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.
• Ensures that required procurement activities for services, materials, and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers are performed by the assigned resources.
• Identifies, qualifies, quantifies, and manages project risks and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued. Captures

Qualifications for the Role

• Technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Must have 4 - 6 years relevant experience
• PMP certification will be an advantage
• Experience in managing a team
• SAP and MS Office Knowledge
• You are at ease communicating in English
• Experience in managing projects on project sites will be an advantage
