AtkinsRealis are looking for a Construction Logistics Manager (PMC) in Al Ula, with prior experience in mega construction projects as part of the PMC team.

This role will have full oversight of the project wide logistics strategy and delivery.

Role:

Management Support to the Client to coordinate logistics within Alula on Program Level (operational knowledge and able to connect on tactical level).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scenarios and business case(s) for centralised Labour Accommodation Facilities in Alula to support the construction phase
• Develop scenarios and business case for centralised White Collar Accommodation Facilities
• Run the existing model to analyse material requirements continuously based on project phasing inputs
• Stakeholder Management on logistical requirements between Delivery Agents in Alula
• Provide management reports on logistics demand and logistics supply
• Improve quality outputs of centralised and decentralised batch plants in Alula (Concrete and Asphalt)
• Analyse movements in terms of requirements relating to Labour Accommodation, Warehousing, Laydown areas on Program level
• Other logistic related detailed tasks as required at the time.
• Oversee and guide an analyst to provide data on material & logistic facilities relating to demand and supply
• Short term focus on reviewing / coordinating separate project logistic plans on active construction projects.

Other Qualities:

• Strategic advise to the Chief Officer
• Stakeholder Management & Relationships
• Operational Logistics experience on Program level
• Presentation & Reporting capability

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction or similar with 15+ years of experience
• Prior experience in residential villa projects as part of the PMC team is mandatory
• KSA experience is mandatory
