Global Employer Branding, Early Talents and Candidate Experience Lead
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, as Global Early Talent & University Relations Lead, you will oversee the strategic planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of Early Talent programs across multiple countries. This role requires close collaboration with in-country teams and diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and the overall talent strategy. The work model for the role is: #LI-remote You will be mainly accountable for: • Lead the strategic planning and execution of global Early Talent programs, including internships and graduate programs and lead the Early Talent Communities of Practice, by sharing best practices. • Ensure alignment of all programs with the organization's global talent strategy and goals. • Collaborate with in-country teams to adapt and implement programs that meet local needs while maintaining global standards. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key universities and academic institutions worldwide to enhance recruitment efforts as well as facilitate best practices and oversee campus recruitment events, career fairs, and partnerships across multiple countries to attract top early talent from diverse academic backgrounds. • Support the professional development and engagement of early talent through mentorship programs, training initiatives, and leadership development opportunities. Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 to 8+ years of experience in coordinating recruitment activities and partnerships and in managing and leading talent programs, with a focus on early talent development.
- Strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion in talent programs
