About the Graduate Program:
Our Graduate Program is designed to provide a comprehensive and immersive experience in the field of accounting. Over the course of the program, graduates will rotate through various roles, gaining hands-on experience across various areas of Financial Accounting including, month-end close, financial reporting, compliance, risk management and project management for a Fortune 30 company. This structured program aims to develop well-rounded accounting professionals equipped with the skills and knowledge to growth their career in finance.

Activities
Key responsibilities:
- Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and related processes on a timely manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Shared Service Center and the local team to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information.
- Prepare and deliver various financial reports on the account of various branches in the group and provide insights and analysis to support business decisions.
- Support various groups within the organization, including, but not limited to internal audit and tax, in participating in the evaluation of internal controls performing tax-related activities in adherence to tax regulations and policies, etc.
- Process improvement initiatives leading to continuous operational excellence.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications / Experience required:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or Finance. On track for CPA certification.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, including journal entries and reporting standards.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Problem solver with a particular attention to detail and outstanding communication skills. Experience working/interning in the accounting function of a Big 4 firm or publicly traded company is preferable.
