Head of Configuration,Quotation& e-Business tools

Your role and responsibilities

Your role is to manage global process and software development projects within the sales domain of our IEC LV Motors division. The projects you will manage are a part of the roadmap that aims to deliver state of the art tools for ABB sales teams and customers. Your first assignment in the role will be related to order specific customization management and collaboration. You will be mainly accountable for: • Managing global development project(s) within the sales processes and tools roadmap • Running each project from early start to closing including areas such as: Defining goals, scope and approach; Gathering requirements, prioritizing, eliciting, designing, probing and validating needed details; Co-ordinating development, testing and implementation. • Collaborating effectively in all the mentioned areas and steps with various stakeholders, such as our sales units, sales management, sales support, factory order management and engineering, other projects, application development teams and developers. Qualifications for the role

  • Previous experience (>2 years) from working in a similar role, e.g. project manager, service designer, business analyst, etc.
  • Positive can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn - the obstacle is the way.
  • System thinker and determined in getting best out of any assignment.
  • Experience in project management, especially related to process and software development
  • M.Sc. from a relevant field, such as industrial management, information management , software development, electrical engineering, etc.
  • Strong and clear communication and documentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities, especially in relation to requirement/priority management with end-users and delivery management with vendors and IS
  • Excellent in English, both written and verbal
  • Ideally experience in the follwowing: Salesforce, especially Case and Opportunity management; configure-price-quote applications and processes; customization management and sales support collaboration; scrum or other agile development framework; Microsoft Azure DevOps.
