This position reports to

Quality & Operational Excellence Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit and division, including promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Each day, you will mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results. You will also showcase your expertise by deploying and leading projects to improve and sustain local business performance. The work model for the role is onsite. This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power in Rakovski. You will be mainly accountable for: • Ensuring the divisional continuous improvement approach and strategy in terms of Quality Wins are deployed at local ABB Smart Power unit level. Ensure budget adherence and proper reporting of savings and benefits. • Escalating to relevant stakeholders, as necessary, to remove roadblocks that prevent the successful implementation and adoption of continuous improvement initiatives at local level and helping facilitate cases of conflicting priorities in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Facilitating significant improvements with respect to safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and/or cost targets, meeting customer and stakeholder commitments in collaboration with local leadership. • Scheduling and ensuring the proper resources and management commitment for implementing the training programs according to Quality Wins and Lean Six Sigma budget.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• You have 2+ years of experience in quality field on relevant position and industry
• Very good written & spoken English
• You are highly skilled in Problem Solving, Continues Improvement, Lean Six Sigma and production environment
• Lean Six Sigma green belt or higher will be considered as an advantage
• Excellent communication and project management skills
